Water, Textured Vegetable Protein (Soybean Protein Isolate, Wheat Gluten, Soybean Protein Concentrate, Wheat Starch, Soybean Meal), Bread Flour (Wheat Flour, Rice Bran, Sucrose, Salt, Yeast, Compound Additive {Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulfate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), α-Amylase}), Vegan Mayonnaise {Water, Canola Oil, Vinegar, Compound Thickener (Distarch Acetyl Adipate, Sodium Octenylsuccinate Starch) }, Salt, Yeast Extract, Coloring Agent (β-Carotene), Compound Thickener (Guanhua Bean Gum, Corn Syrup), Spice, Antioxidant (L-Ascorbyl Palmitate)}, Spice, Salt, Mustard (Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seeds, Salt), Basilisk Parsley, Canola Oil (Canola Oil, Antioxidants (L-Ascorbic Acid, Palmitate), Black Pepper, Yeast Extract.

Thaw method:

Place in refrigerator for 8 hours or soak airtight package in cold water until thawed.

Cook within 48 hours and store refrigerated.

Basic heating method:
