1) Order Process Flow
Customers will receive a confirmation email upon shopping cart check-out. Our customer service will call you for order details confirmation within 1working day, and issue electronic invoice for payment purpose.
After payment, products will be delivered to you within 2 working days. If any item found to be out of stock after payment, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible for refund
2) Delivery Fee
** Customers can enjoy FREE delivery for purchase over HKD 800 (ambient temperature products) or HKD 1000 (frozen products) except for outlying Islands District;
** For order less than HKD800 (ambient temperature products) or HKD 1000 (frozen products), HKD80 will be charged for delivery fee
** For delivery to Tung Chung area, additional HKD 50 will be charged
** For delivery to outlying Islands District or Discovery Bay, addition HKD 100 will be charged
** If there is no one receipts the goods during the scheduled delivery time slot, our customer service will contact you for delivery re-schedule, and addition HKD 50 will be charged upon second delivery.
Customers can choose pay by:
** Bank-in Deposite or
** Online Payment: PAYPAL/VISA/MASTER
We will issue electronic invoice, then customer can simply following the instruction in the invoice to complete the online payment
Replacement / Return
** We offer replacement/return service, to secure the benefits of customers
** If the goods need to be replaced/returned, customer must keep the original invoice and goods in its original packing conditions, then call to our customer service hotline at (852) 24749292 within 2 days after goods delivery; otherwise, no goods exchange or return can be accepted.
** Once the exchange/return request accepted, customer service will contact you for the goods replacement/return exact schedule. Customer should come to the designated shop within 1 week after receive our staff confirmation for exchange/return process; otherwise, no goods exchange/return can be arranged.
** Once the purchase order had been confirmed by email, customer cannot cancel it, and no refunds can be made.
** Any goods exchange/return can only be processed once per item. Eat Eat Green reserves the final decision if accept the good exchange or return request
** Promotional items cannot be replaced, returned or refunded.
