Founded in 1889, Andrea Milano, a century-old shop in Italy, is the oldest vinegar manufacturer. It has been brewing according to traditional methods for a hundred years to produce the highest quality organic apple cider vinegar. The products have passed organic certification, halal certification.
Italy's organic food certification must pass a very strict review and must comply with organic production methods. The entire review process must be traced back to food hygiene, safety, environment, non-use of chemical pesticides, fertilizers, production regulators, feed additives, etc.
Grape balsamic vinegar is mainly graded by the age. The longer the age, the higher the concentration, the stronger and sweeter the taste, the mellow and mild sweetness and sourness, and the richer layers of taste.
The Modena area in northern Italy mainly produces the famous grape balsamic vinegar, which is an indispensable treasure on the Italian table.
Italians will use the highest grade vinegar and sprinkle a few drops on the high-grade Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. The sweet and sour collides with the strong cheese aroma and has a unique taste.

Ways to eat: Can make vegetable salad, cold cucumber, cold tomato, boiled meat with balsamic vinegar, baked oyster with aged vinegar, fried steak, fried black hair pork steak, grilled seafood, fried foie gras, fried duck breast, order bread, with ice cream Desserts and more...

Storage: Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Sediments are normal ingredients, you can drink with confidence
