Chia Seeds Quinoa Fruit Oat Bowl
Ingredients : 4 tbsp of oatmeal, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 2 tbsp of quinoa, half a kiwi fruit, milk, blueberries
Directions
1. Add 4 tbsp water to a pot, add oatmeal and chia seeds, bring to a boil, cook for about one minute, add milk and bring to a boil.
2. Pour into a container, add fruit for decoration, and sprinkle cooked quinoa on top.
