Bundaberg Ginger Beer is not just made by simply mixing soda water and ginger-flavored synthetic agents; it is made from selected high-quality Australian dried ginger, ground into powder, heated with caramel water, and then fermented with natural yeast malt. This "small town character". The weather conditions in Queensland are especially suitable for the natural growth of ginger.
